The Coach House
Spacious, stylish, funky
The Coach House is a very spacious and stylish house with some funky features. There's a large kitchen/diner/living room with dining tables that can accommodate 20 people with lots of room for you to chat and relax. The location is ideal in the fashionable Kemp town district, the beach is just a few steps away and the Palace Pier and nightlife are all within really easy walking distance. We love the decor in this house and there's even a horse in the loo!
- All white bed linen and towels are provided.
- All utility costs are included.
- There is WiFi.
- You may only smoke a few steps away the end of the road. .
- There is parking by meter on the seafront. It is cheaper further east along the seafront road away from the town, but we suggest travelling by public transport as parking is at a premium in Brighton.
- Please note the map doesn’t show the location. The house is just off the seafront and St James’ Street.
The Coach House offers space with style. There’s a fabulously large kitchen/ diner/living room for you and your friends and family to all sit and chat about old times. It’s stylish too, in fact, throughout the house you’ll find murals and corners that surprise you!
There’s plenty of space for you all to eat in and don’t forget we can provide a buffet or chef. This is also an ideal setting for any of the craft activities or vintage photo shoots.
The bedrooms are pretty, but also practical; each one has a dressing table area so there’s plenty of mirrors for you to get ready for your night out. This is a sleep over with your friends and family grown up style!
The location is ideal with the beach just a few steps away and it’s close to the Palace Pier and nightlife. In the other direction, you have a few steps to the end of the road for shops and cafes. In our opinion, this property really ticks all the boxes for a great house for a weekend away and offers super value.
The entrance has a key pad entry code so you and your friends can all come and go as you please, no worrying about who has the key. The hall leads through to the back where the huge open plan room is. Feature murals, orange accent colours and open brick fireplace all add to the style and this is a great room for you and your group to sit and chat in. The photos don’t do justice to how big this space really is. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and there’s also a microwave and breakfast bar. There is a separate utility room with an additional sink, more work top space, fridge/freezer and a slimline dishwasher and washing machine. There’s an extra downstairs loo here too.
The dining table is two really big dining tables with benches which can seat 20 and you can also use the stools. The living area has two big sofas, lots of cube seating and a large LCD TV with built in DVD player on the wall.
Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms. This has a triple bunk and twin bunk and a built-in dressing table area with theatre mirror with lights around it.
On the first floor, the landing area has some leopard print chaise longues, great if you’re doing a vintage photo shoot. The front bedroom has a triple bunk and two single beds. Tucked away in the corner is a large contemporary shower cubicle.
Along the corridor is a loo. The next bedroom has an Autumnal theme and has a triple bunk and a twin bunk. There is also a dressing table area. Through an arch and there is another shower cubicle and basin and mirror.
The next two bedrooms are also on this floor. The first bedroom has three single beds, a gorgeous Victorian fireplace, chandelier and dressing table area. A door leads from here to the last bedroom which has a bunk bed. There are doors from each of these bedrooms to a bathroom which has a pretty roll top bath with shower attachment, basin and loo.
